And agreed, it’s probably no coincidence that seven of ND’s 11 opponents this season will be coming off of byes (obviously we can’t really count season-opening Louisville in this conversation). But something else of note, with the way the calendar falls, the 2019 season presents a scheduling anomaly that will feature 14 college football Saturdays instead of the typical 13, meaning all teams will have two bye weeks this year instead of the usual one. That may factor, at least in part, into the unusually high number of opponents playing ND off a bye. Keep up the good work!!
